Air

How it works
The catalytic process eliminates smoke, particulate matter (PM),
volatile organic compounds (VOC) and carbon monoxide (CO).
The heat generated by the conveyor broiler when idle (not cooking)
heats the Pro-Broil Catalyst to approximately 750F (400c). This
temperature is sufficient to cause a catalytic reaction when smoke
and other emissions pass through the system.
When cooking begins on the conveyor broiler, the catalyst temperature
increases to approximately 950-1000F (510c). The catalytic oxidation
process converts the smoke and other emissions to water vapor and
carbon dioxide.
