The AyrKing BBSU3515FBJ is a portable automatic Blender/Sifter featuring a compact footprint and lockable casters for easy mobility and secure positioning. Its rotary brush sifter uses spirally configured nylon bristles to blend breading ingredients while separating and ejecting unwanted dough balls into a waste container without excessive vibration or agitation.

The BBSU5730BPLH features everything you need to bread chicken efficiently and consistently with a left-flow configuration. The 57” wide work area with sifter, dip pot and back panel stands 36” tall on stable bullet feet. The unit comes with a replaceable B160 sifter brush and works with 115 and 230 volts/50 and 60Hz electrical current.
