AyrKing offers three sifter brush types:
AyrKing also offers various sifter brush length options, based on the BBS unit you have. Compact units use 20” brushes; standard units use 24” brushes.
The sifter brush isn’t the only BBS component that should be chosen based on breading type. Within the BBS, there is a screen with small holes between the sifter brush and the reclaimed breading pan. The standard hole size is 1.5mm for fine flour, but there are options available for up to 10mm for breading mixtures with larger, coarser flakes. Contact AyrKing with questions.
