The back-to-back 45” wide workstations on the BBSU4561B216 allow 2 operators to work simultaneously on different sides with 2 sifters separated by a divider panel and shared overpan. Dipping pots are located behind each lug, leaving plenty of room for food prep or storage within arm’s reach. Each rotary auger brush spins rapidly, ejecting unwanted doughballs and thoroughly blending 30 pounds (14 kg) of breading per side in 30 seconds.

Tumble Marinator model M101120

AyrKing’s Tumble Marinators use a timed tumbling process to reduce the length of the marination process from hours to minutes. The flat edge of the barrel tenderizes the meat as it tumbles, allowing operators to serve freshly marinated product as needed, without the risk of waste from preparing too much. The 33” high M101120 is on casters, allowing it to be stowed beneath taller equipment when not in use.
